What is the current production time?
Our production time is approximately 2 weeks plus 2-5 business days for shipping time (to locations in the US).

How do I create a custom order?
Custom orders are something we love doing! If you have an idea or custom logo, just send us a message and we will work with you to create the customization you are looking for.

How long will it take for you to create my order?
Our current production times are estimates, and they may vary depending on the item(s) you are interested in. We offer Rush options ($20 fee to produce 1-2 items in 1-2 business days, $30 fee to produce 3 or more items in 1-2 business days). Please send us a message prior to purchasing Rush orders to ensure we have exactly what you need in stock.

Once you have shipped my order how long will it take for me to receive it?
Within the US, all orders will take 2-7 business days to arrive.

Do you accept returns and/or exchanges?
Since our items are made-to-order and permanently engraved/customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if we made an error on your order please reach out to us immediately and we will replace the item(s) at no cost to you.

Do you accept order cancellations?
Yes, we will accept cancellations. A cancellation request must be received within 24 hours of purchase.

What is your refund policy?
Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority! Please reach out to us immediately if there are any issues with your order and we will work together to resolve them. Refunds may be given on a case by case basis, if an error was made on our end.
